We are seeking a Lead Application Support Engineer to act as a Middleware Subject Matter Expert in our E-commerce project within the Pharmaceutical sector.You will play a crucial role in managing applications, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements, and developing proactive solutions to enhance client relationships and application performance.
