Job Summary:The OpenStack Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud solutions based on OpenStack, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability. This role requires expertise in OpenStack components, networking, storage solutions, Red Hat platforms, and automation. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of cloud architecture, experience with SDS Ceph, and proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and KubernetesLocation:Kyiv or Warsaw (hybrid or remote type of work)Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the architecture of public and private clouds based on OpenStack.Design and implement strategies for deploying and managing public and private OpenStack-based clouds.Develop and implement monitoring mechanisms and service quality management for OpenStack.Define the optimal OpenStack configuration, including various services (e.g., Nova, Glance, Cinder, Neutron, Heat, etc.).Participate in planning, managing, and executing projects based on OpenStack, Red Hat OpenStack Platform, and Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.Design and implement data storage strategies to ensure security, availability, and scalability using SDS Ceph.Develop and implement process automation in OpenStack.Design and implement strategies for leveraging Red Hat products to enhance OpenStack security, reliability, and performance.Work with technical documentation and system architecture diagrams.Required Qualifications and Experience:Strong expertise in OpenStack and its components, including Nova, Glance, Cinder, Neutron, Keystone, Horizon, and others.Deep knowledge of networking technologies, including virtual networks, VPN, routing, and load balancing, with the ability to configure and optimize networking resources in OpenStack for high performance and availability.Experience with data storage technologies, including block, file, and object storage. Hands-on experience with OpenStack storage components (Cinder, Swift) and SDS Ceph.Experience with Red Hat products, including Red Hat OpenStack Platform and Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, covering installation, configuration, upgrades, and support.
