Job Description
We are looking for Speech Scientist for client in the banking domain.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications
Experience in speech analysis, speech correction, and NLU fine-tuning.Extensive experience in writing utterances (conversations) to improve models.Native or professional proficiency in both English and French is required for speech analysis and data annotation; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.Experience with IVR applications is a plus.Proficiency in data mining and statistical analysis (machine learning/deep learning).Experience in pattern recognition, data visualization, and modeling.Hands-on experience in Conversational BOT tuning and annotation.Experience assisting with voice application development (e.g., Google Dialogflow).Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement targeted remediation plans.Experience working in large-scale, dynamic enterprise environments.Fluency in English for day-to-day interaction with internal teams and vendors for IVR application implementation and support.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated team player with high energy and the ability to work independently and within a team.Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.A graduate degree is preferred.A degree in Linguistics is a plus.We offer:
